Our general approach
1. Reach out
Send us a message or call. We have a brief conversation to understand what you're looking for and which offering fits best — if any.
2. Book and prepare
Once a date is agreed, we send a session outline in advance. You arrive knowing what to expect, with no surprises.
3. Follow-up summary
After the session or setup, we send a short written note covering the structure used — something to refer back to when needed.
Familara provides general educational content and organisational support only. We do not offer health, legal, or financial services. If another kind of professional support is needed, we'll say so clearly.
Offering 01
Relationship Skills Seminars

Group seminars on the communication habits that most households find useful: how to listen without preparing a rebuttal, how to express what you need without it becoming an accusation, how to work through a disagreement without either person feeling steamrolled. General educational content — not therapy, not clinical intervention.

- Practical exercises and guided discussion
- Written structure summary emailed after
- Typically runs 2.5 – 3 hours
How a seminar runs
Brief welcome and orientation — what we'll cover, what we won't, and how to participate at your own comfort level.
Presentation of the session's main communication topic with examples and framing.
Small-group or pair exercise to practise the concepts with other participants.
Open discussion and questions, followed by a short written reflection prompt to take home.

Family Records Organisation Tools

A practical package of templates and a folder structure — physical and/or digital — designed to help households keep their shared documents, contacts, and references tidy and accessible. No subscription, no app, no dependency on any platform. Just a system that works and stays working.
What's included
- Full template set (20+ categories)
- Paper folder system guide or digital folder structure
- Orientation walkthrough session (approx. 1.5 hours)
- Adapted for households in Thailand (IDs, leases, visas, etc.)
- One follow-up email for questions after setup
How setup works
Brief intake conversation to understand which document types matter most to your household.
Package prepared and sent (digital) or brought to your home (physical folder system).
Walkthrough session — we go through each category, explain the logic, and help you place your first documents.
You take it from there. Follow-up email available within 30 days for any questions.
Offering 03
Conversation Facilitation Sessions
฿30,500 per session
A neutral facilitator sits with family members and helps structure a conversation they want to have — one that keeps getting interrupted, stalled, or too heated to finish. The facilitator keeps things orderly and ensures everyone gets a fair turn. They do not advise, mediate in a legal sense, or push the group toward any conclusion. Informal and non-binding.
What's included
- Pre-session intake call with one family member
- Written agenda prepared and shared before the session
- Full facilitation session (90 min – 2 hours)
- Post-session structural summary (no content disclosed)
- Available at our Talat Yai office or an agreed location
How a session is structured
Pre-session intake: the facilitator learns what the family wants to discuss and what a good outcome might look like — then prepares the agenda.
Opening: facilitator explains the structure, the ground rules, and their role — neutral, non-advisory, and focused on fair participation.
Conversation: each agenda item is covered in turn, with the facilitator ensuring each person has uninterrupted time to speak.
Close: brief reflection on what was covered. Any next steps noted are the family's own — the facilitator does not prescribe them.
